Journal of Food Chemistry and Nanotechnology accepts all types of manuscripts including original research, reviews, case reports, technical notes on a wide range of topics having relevance to Food Research, Nutrition, Food Storage and Contaminants, Food Analytical Methods, Active-packaging techniques, Nanosensors for detection of contaminants, etc.
All articles should be prepared according journal guidelines and submitted with the following files: Cover letter, manuscript, figures and tables including legends, supplementary files (if any).
